Can you hold a place before I apply?
Yes, the Tenant is allowed to hold a residence for 1-month which requires a security deposit equal to 1-months rent. Should the Tenant not move forward leasing the home, the security deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned to the Tenant.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Depending on what the Landlord requires, the Tenant will normally need 1st month and security deposit at lease signing.
Is the deposit refundable?
If the Tenant has fulfilled their lease obligations, paid all amounts due and has passed the move-out inspection, then yes.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Easy, just go to the “Apply Now” button next to the property you are interested in and fill out the application.
How do I pay rent?
The easiest way to pay is online, via your Resident Portal. You may also mail or drop off your rent to our office. We also have an after-hours mail slot to drop off rent if we are closed.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You will need written permission from the Landlord. Please make a request to us if you want to get a pet.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please notify us as soon as possible with your intention to move out.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the damage is caused by the Tenant, the Tenant will be responsible for the repair expense.
